These Terms govern access to Trish, a personal AI assistant product operated by Stewart and Stewart LLC.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and activity under your account.
3. Paid Membership
Trish is intended to operate as a paid subscription service. Available plans, prices, billing periods, renewal terms and included features will be displayed before purchase.
4. AI-Generated Information
Trish may generate inaccurate or incomplete information. AI responses are for general assistance and should not replace qualified professional advice where professional judgment is required.
5. Actions and Permissions
Trish may help prepare reminders, calendar entries, communications or other actions. Trish should not be assumed to have completed an external action unless the application confirms it.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Trish, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate applicable law.
7. User Content
You retain rights you have in content you submit and grant Stewart and Stewart LLC the limited rights reasonably necessary to process it to provide and secure the service.
8. Service Availability
Features may change, improve, be limited or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Intellectual Property
The Trish name, software, designs, branding and related service materials are owned by or licensed to Stewart and Stewart LLC except for third-party materials and user content.
10. Account Termination
You may discontinue use and request account deletion through available controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, legal requirements or significant security risks.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trish is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves.
